Onewaytoapproachchangeistotakesmallstepstowardsanewgoalorendeavor.Bybreakingdownalargegoalintosmaller,moremanageablesteps,wecanmakechangesinourlivesthatfeelmoreattainable.Wecanalsolearntoreframeourthinkingaroundchange.Insteadoffearingtheunknown,wecanbegintoviewchangeasanopportunityforgrowthandlearning.
