Griefisnotsomethingthatcanbe\"cured\"or\"fixed,\"butitissomethingthatcanbemanagedandcopedwithovertime.Gradually,theintensityandfrequencyoftheemotionsyoufeelwilllessen,andyouwillbeabletofindpeaceandacceptance.Itmaybehardtobelieveatfirst,butthereislifeafterloss.Remembertotakethingsonedayatatime,bepatientandkindtoyourself,andknowthatyouarenotalone.Yourlovedonemaybegone,buttheirmemorywillliveoninyourheartforever.
